Good question, SourBest. You could start learning new words every day to expand your vocabulary. Even a few words a day can make a difference. Which words to choose? It depends on your English goals – academic, business, social, etc. Find a good vocabulary book or choose a good dictionary or thesaurus online, which can provide synonyms. Make the process into a fun activity or game and you will progress even faster. All the best to you.

Good lesson! But I am confused with the answer of question 3. I marked “as time passes” but the correct answer was “under time”. I couldn’t find any translation with the required meaning. Usually you use “under time” together with pressure. Whereas “as time goes by” and “as time passes” are synonyms.

Thanks for the video. I have a problem concerning North-American spellings. In Fact, I grew up with the British way of spelling words. So will I be penalized for writing the British spelling of words, in my essay?
For example, spelling “color” (North-American) and “colour” (British), I am more familiar with the spelling “colour”. There are many of such words that gets me confused.
