I got 100% – this is so useful lesson. Thank you and keep going Mr. Benjamin
In additional I would like to say about “regard” I didn’t exactly understand just only that one. If you have a free time , give me the explanation about this please.

bakhtiyar ali

bakhtiyar ali when you say ” it’s regard with
    “it means “it’s concerns … ” or “it’s about … “

thank you for your useful lesson Benjamin Franklin

Really an opportunity to review how we can make a phone call to someone we know or how to search a job or make a business with other words by phoning a call. It has been very useful lesson although the teacher’s accent or pronunciation has been a little quick, the British English accent, I would say a little difficult for a beginner but if you have your listening skills loud and clear then you will understand all the short terms at the drop of the hat or immediately. Thanks a lot, teacher Benjamin, I will have to remember all these formulas to phone and use them properly.

angardiobel

Another question might be if you can confuse the words, “clarify” and “clearly” because they are very similars writing them although the first is a verb and the second is an adverb, but they may be confused easily.

    angardiobel

Hi Benjamin.
Can’t you say: “Do you have a minute FOR a quick chat” instead of repeating HAVE?.

Cheers.
Marcelo.

PS: See you in November :).

Lesson useful. Can I hope that someday you will give us a lesson with a small little piece of high-theatrical acting (Wilde, Shakespeare, …)?
I think it would be great.

Hi, Benjamin. I feel nervous when I call, even in Japanese which is my first language. As for English, I’m sure I’ll be more nervous of course! But by taking this useful lesson, now I’m a little more confident with talking on the phone in English.
It’s important to be cheerful when we call to somebody else because we can’t see the face each other! If I mumbled, the person talking with me doesn’t understand what I say and gets uncomfortable because of it.
Anyway, thank you for the help! See you later.

juneriver

Hello Teacher,I clear about this lesson…it’s a good lesson, but on spoken English I can’t order words before I speak out. so, I would to ask a teacher my English isn’t good with Grammar how can I do ? I always scared with my speaking.

Your english can be placed in track in continuous talking and right usage of wordds, that happens with reading.
