Dear James,

I have recently wached your some of your videos on English grammar, and I enjoy them alot. I have registered my name and have my private account, but I do not know how to post my questions on your web be cause it has no contact section. Therefore, I take this place to ask you a question.

I highly appreciate your answer to my question and that you can instruct me how to post my questions whenever I have in the right place.

Cheers,

My question is as follows: Which one out of thes is grammatically correct:

1. All that you have to do is take care of the baby.
2. All that you have to do is taking care of the baby.
3. All that you have to do is to take care of the baby.

Previously, I was taught to use To-infinitive or Gerund after the verb “To Be”, but recently, I have red the No#1 in a TOEIC book which says N#1 is correct.

I am very ambiguous and confused about this.

Hoping that you can help mw with this.

Thanks a lot

Tin

    I am lost.

    carlos

    I think, 2

Mr. James: From Panama Country. I am really pleased with the suffixes video. It was tremedously hepful for my understanding of how theses suffixes change the meaning of word into action, believe and so on. I’d like to share it with some other students of English at the university where I’m going too. Thank ou so much. I was really interesting and comprehensible.

Howard

Dear James,
thank you very much for this lesson! It was really helpfull! Now I understand what noun suffxis mean. But I should like to request if it is possible for you to explain to us what are also prefixes mean and how we can use them. The both topics are closely linked and it’s very important for me to understand them.

Big thanks in advance!!!

Hi James

I enjoy very much your videos. You are amazing.
I would like you to produce a video about how to read using the right tone. I hope you do it, because when i read a sentence or paragraph, it gets hard for me to understand what i read even i know all words.

bartek1970

With “-ism” maybe feudalism, catholicism, apoliticism and heroism; with “-age” maybe shortage, manage and baggage or luggage; with “-tion” maybe pronunciation and elaboration; and with “-dom” maybe boredom, martyrdom, earldom and officialdom. These are some words I have got to find but I suppose there are a lot more of them. Thanks teacher James from EngVid for your explanation.

angardiobel

Your pronunciation is too hard to understand please speak clearly otherwise ur good.
