she always likes cats, it’s only 1 time.

I did the same mistake because I don’t read the task attentionally like you. The question is”Which sentence is not a routine?”.And the answer “Her mom likes cats” is correct, because “likes cats” it isn’t a routine, repeatedly action. But both this sentences are present simple tense. Thank you for your lessons!)
