I’ve seen a lot of usages of the word “massive” in American movies.

That’s okay.

“Great” is not typically used as a synonym for “big,” but it can have a similar meaning to “grand.” Both words imply some form of spectacle and…grandiosity? Which does imply largeness.

may you explain to me how to use “keep” in below construction. i’m really so confused when we should use ” keep + object + adj”, “keep + object + present participle” and ” keep + object + past participle”.
i read them a lot but i don’t understand how to use the in a particular situation.
+++ keep + object + adjective.
(The adjective describes the state or quality of the object.)
EX: You have to keep the food fresh.
+++ keep +object +present participle
(The object functions as the object of the present participle.)
EX:We are very sorry to have kept you waiting.
+++ keep + object + past participle
The object functions as the object of the past participle
EX:The purpose of this report is to make it easier for your service department to keep us informed of product problems.

I have observed the use of word “Bad” with headache to express severe pain. However, It is surprisingly the first time that I have come across the use of words massive or colossal to express severity of head ache.
