You are not completely right. In Italy Prostitution (the exchange of sex for money)is legal, but brothels are illegal; prostitution is not regulated.
We are fighting to regulate it so, sex workers will pay their taxes and we would clean our street and children could go out with their parents also in the evening:))

This isn’t an existing English idiom; it seems to just be from the Future song. According to RapGenius, “to ‘fuck up some commas’ means to spend lots of money. Large denominations of money, like $1,000,000, have commas in them.” There is similar wordplay in Beyoncé’s song “6 Inch Heels”: “She got them commas and them decimals.”
