I can’t help (it is the present tense)
I couldn’t help – has two meanings (it is the past tense or it is the assumption).

well, really no body should sleep on the road.

1st one and 2nd are correct[BY SOME WAY] but 3rd one and 4th are not because of grammatical mistakes.
further more about this is below;

4} It is not clear weather 4th one is in present
or past or future.

If it was in present then sentence would be
something like below;

– He sleeps on road.

[The road – you can use ‘The’on
condition the road should be any particular
road means it should be properly understood
that which road are you talking about bythe
person you’re talking to.]

If it was in past then sentence would be
something like below;

– He slept on road.

If it was in past then sentence would be
something like below;

– He will sleep on road.

Again you can definitely use ‘The’ if that’s specific road.

Hi Ronnie, I’m from Mexico, and as you said, We have the day of the dead, that is a very gorgeus and unique celebration. We do this thing called ‘ofrenda’ where we offer our dead people things they used to like when they where alive. Like cigars, tequila, and food. We also take music to the graveyard. like in your celebration, dead people come back, but here we honnor them, and make then past a really good time with everyone and everything they love.
Both traditions are nice.
