Freshman, sophomore, junior and senior are categories to describe in a very easy and fast way your current position when you are an undergrad student. After that, maybe, you would like to continue on the Uni as a master student. In this position, you can get a teaching and/or research assistant position. Finally, if you really like to continue in the educational pyramid power of university system, you could be a professor after you get a Ph.D., and so on until become a Dean, the top position.
