what does totwo mean ?
hi iam new student
Hi Benjamim, it was not so hard to do. because I’m an actor, so I always use these exercises to prepare myself before to enter, or step, on the stage. it is funy, because people who don’t know these kind of exercises usually think that We are crazy people….
Very good lesson . Thank you mate !
I kinda disagree with you Benjamin on this one.
Speak like an actor? What about Marlon Brando’s mumbling in ‘The Godfather’?
If I do a lot of exercises with my trilling ‘r’ sound (in my native language), would that make me a perfect Scottish lecture speaker?
Clearly no. These kind of exercises must be done in the language (with the correct sounds) you are willing to use.
Thanks
thanks a lots!

Many many thanks for this useful video, which I’ve always looked for to learn pronunciation. English learners need this unique and helpful lesson. In my native language pupils are taught sounds for several months before they learn even a word at primary school. Please make more videos about sounds in English.

Hello Benjamin! I have a doubt. Could you please help me? When you say: “What a to do…” this “a” sounds like “amazing”/ə/ but when you say: “but a harder…” this “a” sounds like “angel” /eɪ/. I mean, why the “a” sounds different? Your videos are very useful and I love your English pronunciation. Thank you very much!
