broken heart, you know how painful it can be. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to talk about heartbreak and how to use this common expression. These are words and expressions you will often hear in English music, movies, and especially in romantic comedies. Heal your poor heart by learning something new!

Thanks for the nice lesson! I already knew the common meaning of this expression, but I didn’t know how many different situations we could use it.
“To break one’s heart” is a strong expression, so that there are many lyrics with it. Other expressions quite common in songs are “whatever”, “whenever” and “forever”.
Bye for now!
