Hi Rebecca,

thank you for your pleasant and gorgeous lesson.

I noticed, somewhere you are using “a quarter” and

somewhere only “quarter”.

Is it used with or without the undefinte article ?

And what about “half”/ “a half”/ “the half” ?

Thank you for your answer.

Have a nice day.

Hi Rebecca, it was a very good class.
How can I say 12:45 pm? Will it be ‘twelve forty-five’ or ‘fifteen to one’ or ‘quarter to one’?

AlcalaLuciana

It is ten to 9 a.m. and I just completed my daily English learning session with EngVid. I started at quarter past 8 and decided to end with small writing practice.
