You can improve your listening skills in a number of ways. You can watch TV shows and movies where American English is used. You could also get hold of and listen to TOEFL iBT materials which use American English accents. There are also many ESL and EFL books available which focus specifically on improving your English listening skills.

hi, this is very helpful.. especially in avoiding office conflicts i guess.. that “approach thing”.. we had a couple of misunderstandings in office because some staffs are really using harsh words in expressing their frustrations.. this is great! i hope you can have more of these..
