1.how does the party went
2. how did the party go
Hi,Logeshawaran,,i wanna help u…
u could say..2,How did the party go? it makes more sense. hope will help,
Hello James! Thank you for your lessons! May i ask you a question? Could we use ” Mr E can’t be happy” instead of ” Mr E must not be happy”. If yes, what is the difference? Thank for your answer.
“You must have been tired yesterday.” I am confused, is this perfect present or pass tense?
hello William. It is perfect present, but the meaning is past. “You must have been tired yesterday.” It is your logical conclusion based on some facts and present perfect helps you to make the meaning past.
i have been struggling for over 30 yrs to get my high school diploma and was not successful because of learning disability and for the first time i was looking at rhis video and it is the best thing that ever happpen i was able to understand teacher james may god bless u you are a excellent teacher keep upp the good work
Hello,
This is very helpful! but Sorry until now I cannot get it! What should I do.. It’s very hard for me to understand it and construct in my mind. Although, I repeatedly to watch this, it’s very hard.
Sir, Do you have any suggestion on how to improve my grammar, so,it will be very easy to me to talk in my colleague and what should I do to improve my communication using English.
Could you correct this comment also if my grammar and construction of my sentences is correct.
Thank you very much Sir..

Hey Mr. James!
I just want to say, that you are my role model. I’m going to become an English teacher, and the way to do your job, the way you explain the material is probably the best I’ve ever seen. I always loved teachers with a nice sense of humor, and I believe that “fun” is an extremely important part of learning, no matter what.
So I look forward to your lessons. Keep being well.
P.S. Mr.engVid I know you read these comments so please let James know about the words above =))
Maybe I’ll motivate him to do more)
Of course, licherok. James does read the comments too, but I will make sure he does see yours.

Dear! Can you help me improve my pronunciation. when i talk with others, nobody can understand what i am talking.my vocabulary is not good to be able to explain them to understand.I have been practising to improve my pronunciation by listening the native speaking. However, when i don’t speaking follow them, my speaking is wrong. So hard for me. Please help me.
this must have been great lesson teacher, because you must have studied too much this class, I think you must take a vacations, because you must be tired, I think tou must be married and you must have children. I must study mor e english. See you teacher.
I Have a question that u have made,
He must not happy.
but i think it can also in this way
He must unhappy.
hii learner- don’t mind anything..you have written a sentence – “He …..Happy:”
I would like to let you know that this sentence is not correct because there is not anyverb verb in it.Must is actually the modal but a sentece must have a main verb and in your sentence the main verb would be “to be”-that appropriately fit here and rest of the things are ok..
Hiii James
First of all, I want to ask you-”How are you?How everything is happening in your life”.I have a problem of the formation of second question from the quiz-The first part of the sentence is in past tense so it logically or grammatically concludes that the rest of the senteces must be in past tense but it has been formed as “It is too far to walk” but I believe that it must have been made in past tense as “It was too far to walk”.Sir,I would like to request you that if I am wrong then please let me tell its correct answer..Awaiting for your reply and also rectify my sentences if anything is found incorrect or inappropriate….
Good teaching, anyway,
Why don’t you give examples and their explanation of “must” in question patterns, for instances,
1) Must I beleive her? .. (Present/necessary)
2) (must) I believe her ? ..(Past /necessary)
3) ……(belive) her? (Past/possibility)
hi,james i have 1 doubt..pls help me..
A)you have to do ur homework
B)you must do ur homework
its an order given by teacher..isn’t?..
