♥ ♥ ♥ 7 Common English Expressions to do with Love & Relationships ♥ ♥ ♥
All you need to learn about is love, love, love! Not really, but in this lesson I will teach you seven very common English expressions to do with love and relationships. The expressions are: hit it off, on the rocks, pop the question, tie the knot, fall head over heels, puppy love, settle down. Please do not pop me the question in the comments section! ♥

A good lesson and a great teacher , but a bad quality of video. The video was badly made. Actually not only yours, but also the other videos , they are not made well with high quality;they’re very slow and downloading them needs much time. After downloading you need to be patient because of pausing the videos many times.Could you please improve your videos to be easier, faster and clearer? I’ll be more grateful for your website and your help if you do.
hit it off,on the rocks, pop the question, tie the knot, fall head over heels,
puppy love and settle down are first time i heard about them
after 6 years i speaking English

hello teacher how you lucky teachers look how many poeple give you thnks in fact i don t find how to give back only greaaaaat thanks i feel like a student in his classroom with you … i want ask you teacher if those phrases are included in slang or we can use them in our writting ? and little demand it will be nice from to you if you give more grammer lessons
Hi Valen,
Thank you so much, you are awesome in the way you explain your class. I saw that all these expressions have a positive meaning, but I have heard the following two words “cheat” and affair”. I really don’t know if this is the correct form of writting with the first one. I think it would be important to understand them as well, althoug they are just words and not expressions.
Thanks again.

Hi Valen,
In this video at one instance you said the meaning of the “on the rocks” is “The relationship is not going well and there may be a near break up situation” and after giving example of the same in the sentence, you said its meaning as ” The relationship is going well”. This is complete contrast.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Purpose is just to draw your attention to the matter.
