Vocabulary: Learn 31 words to use instead of ‘BAD’

Today, we are looking at vocabulary that allows you to complain. I will teach you several words that will come in handy, such as agony, appalled, atrocious, careless, deplorable, disastrous, inconsiderate, repulsive, scandal, shameful, tragic, and more. The next time you need to describe your complaint, try using a more precise word other than bad, and you will get your point across more effectively. For example, “Her scandal was shameful, and I’m appalled” is more descriptive than “She did a bad thing, and it’s so bad”. After watching the video, there will be a quiz on the material. But no complaining, because this is all free!

I got 10/10. However,in my opinion, the level of this lesson is above intermediate. There are quite many vocabularies. Anyway, thank you very much for the useful lecture.

Thank for your lesson.
Mayby it would be wonderful, if you give the COLLOCATIONS for this words. It would be a much more effective way to learn all the vocabulary.
Most of your examples beginns with : “It is …”.

I ‘m in doubt about question 7. Well, If something offends me, I, for sure, get upset, but can’t it either shames me in a certain way? Anyhow what it is shameful can also offends, right?

Quite difficult for me. Only 5 / 8 correct. But i don´t think it´s that bad. It´s healthier for my mindset, being with positive thinking ;-P There´s no Negativity, only challenges to master ;-)
