or “My main concern is…”
. I’ll also show you how to respond politely and kindly when someone else is sharing their problems, using phrases like “That must be terrible”
or “I know how you feel.”
And when it’s time to suggest solutions and move the conversation forward, we’ll look at how to use phrases such as “How do we sort this out, then?”
