I would like you please to post a video on how to use (a), (an), and (the) in a sentence. I understand the basic but what I am looking for is to explain in details and list the exceptions, if any.
for example this sentence,
“the presentation I delivered was received with great satisfaction.”
now, why wouldn’t I put (a) before the word (great). To me, it should be “with a great satisfaction”. But anyway, I think you understood what I am looking for.

But I remember the period when Americans change the name โFrench friesโ to โFreedom friesโโฆ!!! They did that to protest against the decision of the French government not to follow the USA in the war against Iraqโฆ (anti-French sentiment!!)โฆ Such a noise for so little pieces of potatoes!!! :)
