Hello! I really like these lessons and find them useful for “generating” teaching ideas. However, I do not think motivate is a synonym for give confidence. They don’t really mean the same thing. Unfortunately I gave a lesson and was questioned by my french student. I hadn’t even thought about it and now regret not seeing it myself. Thank you very much for remind me those popular words in business field. This days are commonly used in a wide range organizations , institutions and government office . They are very helpful to implement them to make our communication more profitable and effective. In order to maximize their benefit , it would be very advisable to focus on how to implement and where to use.
While working the quiz I have found an issue on question #5 . The question is it clear and I am tried to answer choice A and B . In my knowledge, issue and problem are synonymous and most of time I use interchangeable. Professor Rebecca, would you help to address question #5. Thank you in resolving the issue associated to the question.
