You said that flying by the seat of your pants, was sort of “take smthg off the cuff” Up to now I thought it was only an expression in Spanish, and I was afraid of being misunderstood

I agree with you, Romars. I’d like to ask Valen if in this case “won’t comply” refers to “refuse” rather than the the future tense itself. Valen can you shed light on this?
