Could somebody please tell me what’s the connection between Obama’s speeches and teaching slang language?

(I’ve read some transcripts over Obama’s speeches and I couldn’t find any vulgar slang mentioned.)

I would appreciate it if James could answer me himself, but if he’s still busy, I would understand.
