It may be an idiomatic expression as it doesn’t make any sense to me.

The Grand Bazaar is the first mall of the world that a significant tourist site. It is an ideal place for the shopping lovers who enjoy bargaining.
There are more than 50 streets in the Grand Bazaar and they are arranged on a grid-like system
The nargile, Turkish coffee,raki,sarma and Turkish delight are fiveof the most important things to taste while you are in Istanbul.

I think you mean the accelerator pedal? Or just “the accelerator”. The flat thing you put your foot on, that’s next to the brake (that stops the car).
